Jupiter has hit the nail on the head with this free-blowing horn, lending itself to an open sound that isn’t overly focused like its predecessors.
The intonation is very accurate which makes life a lot easier when working your way around the sax our favourite feature is the adjustable palm keys, this is a nice touch as everyone has different sized hands.
The JTS-1100Q is a great step-up tenor saxophone for the committed student or practicing professional.

"After playing the Jupiter 1100Q next to some other models in the same price range, I was pleasantly surprised by the way it played. Although slightly more resistant, It has a dark core to the sound that has much more depth than the other models it was compared to. It was also more comfortable under the fingers, with the keywork in well-thought-out positions. The tuning was very accurate, rivaling some of the more expensive entry-professional horns in our store.
