Having personally spent a good chunk of my life not only adjusting, but making my own reeds, any inexpensive tool such as the BetterSax Geeklet has got to be worth its weight in gold.  To qualify this, I used to be an oboe player, and it's almost compulsory for oboists to make their own reeds, so as sax players we should count ourselves lucky that we only have to tinker with them.  However, once you have learned the basics of reed adjustment you really will have a renewed air of confidence in your every day as a sax player, plus it will remove those nerve-racking moments when we approach a gig and feel that we just don't have a reed to play on!

The Geeklet is a great little tool, and comes in just a bit less expensive than the slightly fancier tools made by the same maker.
